Devasis Reddy, MD
Experienced ophthalmologist Devasis Reddy, MD has improved the vision – and, accordingly, the lives – of countless patients through laser-assisted cataract surgery and numerous other advanced solutions. He is an alumnus of the University of California, San Diego and Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. In addition, he completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Parisah Moghaddampour, MD
Parisah Moghaddampour, MD is a board-certified, highly qualified ophthalmologist with a focus on cataract and refractive surgery. She received her medical degree, internship, and residency training from Loma Linda University. Her fluency in Spanish, along with her tremendous surgery skills, serves our patients well.

Stephen C. Kaufman, MD, PhD
Dr. Kaufman is a skilled ophthalmologist with a wide range of skills and qualifications. A Heed Ophthalmology Fellow and clinical professor at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kaufman is proficient in options like LASIK surgery, corneal crosslinking, PRK, and more. He is also renowned for his research and is regularly invited to present at conferences around the world.
Jeffrey K. Austin, OD, FAAO
Dr. Austin is an honors graduate from the Southern California College of Optometry and has been a faculty member at numerous colleges of optometry. He is active in teaching optometrists in Nevada and across the U.S. Dr. Austin has been appointed by the governor of Nevada and is currently serving as a member of the Nevada State Board of Optometry. He has been President and Education Chairman of the Nevada Optometric Association and is currently immediate past-President of the national Optometric Retina Society. Dr. Austin was also instrumental in writing and implementing important Optometric Legislation for the State of Nevada.
Andrew P. Kwong, OD
Andrew Kwong, OD graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry and completed his residency at the Veteran Affairs Hospital, Southern Nevada in Ocular Disease. Dr. Kwong joined New Eyes in 2017 and has years of experience treating and managing patients with a variety of ocular issues.
Rory Murphy, OD
Dr. Murphy is a Las Vegas native dedicated to serving his community with the highest level of care. He earned his B.S. from the University of Nevada, Reno with distinction, and received his Doctorate of Optometry with honors from Pacific University in 2010. With extensive experience treating a wide range of ocular conditions, he has a special interest in dry eye disease and emphasizes nutrition, prevention, and evidence-based care. Dr. Murphy is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughter, and staying active outdoors.
